Cutting Incharge

Responsibilities

Mallcom India seeking Cutting Incharge who will oversee daily cutting operations of leather, synthetics, and linings with precision and efficiency. The role ensures quality standards for safety shoe components, optimal material utilization, and compliance with production and safety requirements.

• Supervise daily cutting operations for leather, synthetics & linings with precision and minimal wastage.
• Verify patterns, plan markers, and coordinate with design/sampling teams.
• Lead cutters, helpers & machine operators; ensure training and skill development.
• Inspect cut components to maintain quality standards for safety shoes (steel/composite toe).
• Plan cutting schedules aligned with production targets & shipment timelines.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain an organized cutting area.

Key Requirements:

• 3 5 years of experience in footwear cutting operations (safety shoes preferred).
• Strong knowledge of leather/materials, patterns & cutting machines.
• Leadership, communication & attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety shoe standards (EN ISO 20345, ISI) is an advantage.
