Customs Clearance Specialist

In this role as a Customs Clearance Executive, you will handle customs queries and complaints, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and liaise effectively with customs officers. Your problem-solving skills and communication abilities will be vital. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi/English is required. It is essential to have your conveyance and live near Shamshabad, Hyderabad. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your knowledge and experience in customs clearance of Import & Export shipments at sea and airports - Performing and overseeing all custom clearance activities, including monitoring incoming shipments, managing document transactions, and handling day-to-day tasks in line with company policies - Demonstrating proficiency in customs laws, SEZ/FTWZ clearance, customs tariff, notifications, and classification - Ensuring familiarity with pre & post shipment documentation, tariff, and air/sea cargo clearance procedures - Possessing knowledge of FSSAI, ADC, BIS, WPC, and other licensing and customs-related formalities Qualifications required for this role include: - Problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask independently - Fluency in Telugu, Hindi/English - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of customs laws and procedures - Familiarity with SEZ/FTWZ clearance - Understanding of pre & post shipment documentation - Awareness of FSSAI, ADC, BIS, WPC regulations - Own conveyance and proximity to Shamshabad, Hyderabad,
