Job Description

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
?Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally via various channels (phone, email, live chat, social media).?Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot product, service, billing, or technical issues, providing effective and accurate solutions.?Maintain Product/Service Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the company's offerings, policies, and procedures to address customer concerns effectively.?Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, complaints, transactions, and resolutions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.?Order Processing/After-Sales Support: Assist with processing orders, returns, exchanges, and providing necessary after-sales support.?Cross-Functional Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., technical support, sales, logistics) and follow up to ensure timely resolution.?Gather Feedback: Solicit and track customer feedback to provide insights to management or product teams for continuous improvement.?Brand Representation: Serve as the professional and empathetic face of the company, ensuring a positive brand image in every interaction.
