Role Overview: As an AEM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions based on Adobe Marketo. You will work closely with architects and BAs to understand business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions. Additionally, you will prototype potential integration approaches with products and solutions across Adobe and other digital marketing tools, create technical and operational documentation, provide demos to the Innovation team and business stakeholders, and conduct user testing. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement solutions based on Adobe Marketo - Improve solutions around Adobe Marketo - Collaborate with architects and BAs to understand business requirements - Work with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions - Prototype integration approaches with Adobe and other digital marketing tools - Create technical and operational documentation - Provide demos to the Innovation team and stakeholders - Conduct user testing and reporting - Interface with Architects to understand design skeleton - Resolve technical issues and implement strategies for prevention - Work in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment - Manage software design, development, and review - Showcase strong leadership skills - Estimate development tasks - Manage remote teams/offices Qualifications Required: - Experience in Marketo configuration, system administration, and development - Proficiency in Marketo setup, configuration, and administration - Knowledge of Marketo features like Workspaces, partition, email setup, custom activities, custom objects, and fields management - Familiarity with Smart Campaigns, Programs, Lists, Demand Generation, Email Marketing, and Personalization - Ability to work with connector-based integrations and custom integration with REST APIs and Webhooks - Deep understanding and experience of using Custom Objects - Experience in reporting, building landing pages, and templates - Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience - Relevant Marketo certifications Note: EY exists to build a better working world, creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
