The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Female candidates only. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred). Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.
