3. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, clear communication, and timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
   

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Both Graduates and Undergraduates

• Experience:

  both Freshers and Experienced

• Experience must be into International Voice

  (Customer Support) with proper documents

• Skill:

  Excellent Communication in English both Written and Verbal (C1 level and above)

• Career Gap:

  should not be more than 2 years

• Age Criteria:

  below 32 years
