Title: Customer Support – Voice (US Process)

Location: Indore (Work from Home post-training)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shifts: Night Shift (US Hours)

Relocate to Indore also prefer

Customer Support – Voice (US Process)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US-based clients.
  • Resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
