Customer support voice

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
• Resolve queries and complaints with clarity and professionalism
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and follow up where necessary
• Meet quality standards and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong command over spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
• Freshers are welcome; prior BPO/voice process experience is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
