7. Process customer requests, orders, forms, and applications efficiently. 8. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure smooth issue resolution.
9. Achieve individual and team performance targets.
10.Provide constructive feedback to improve customer service processes.
