📢 Hiring: Telecaller – NGO (Full-Time, On-Site | Ahmedabad - Vastrapur)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential contributors/donors
Maintain call records and follow-up interactions
Handle queries and explain NGO programs clearly
Support fundraising efforts through effective communication
Ensure donor satisfaction with timely follow-ups

Requirements

Languages:
Hindi & Gujarati (Must), Basic/Manageable English
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Prior Telecalling / Customer Service experience is a plus
Basic computer/software handling
