• 0–3 years of experience in customer support or software testing. Freshers with a strong aptitude are welcome.
• Good understanding of software QA methodologies and tools.
• Ability to understand and test web/mobile applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English, Marathi, and Hindi is a must.
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL) and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, Postman, or Selenium (optional).
• Patience and empathy while dealing with client issues.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
