Compensation:

• Mumbai

  : ₹2.40 LPA + ₹3,000 Monthly Incentive + ₹0–3,000 Night Allowance

• Kolkata

  : ₹1.97 LPA + ₹3,000 Monthly Incentive + ₹0–3,000 Night Allowance

Eligibility:

• BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Pharma, BBM
• Undergraduates / Results Awaited candidates can also apply
• ❌ B.Sc (IT) not eligible

Key Skills:

• Strong verbal communication (English & Hindi)
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (night shift allowance provided)

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records and escalate issues when needed.
