Role: Customer Support Specialist (USA)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Support Specialist (USA)/ Executive Assistant to support our customer's President in managing day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative, financial, and marketing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language, a strong work ethic, and prior administrative experience. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Skills and experience

  • 2+ years of voice calling experience in customer support in US market for startups

  • Experience working in US time zone; American English experience

  • Independent contributor who can solve problems for end customers

  • Ability to work with well defined script to interact with US customers

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or relevant experience required (Engineering/CS/MIS/Communications degree preferred)
  • Quick learner

  • Excellent organizational, customer relationship, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly dependable and professional
  • Excellent problem solving and listening skills
  • Ability to train others in the use of customer products

Responsibilities

  • Should be a super fast learner with excellent American English writing and verbal skills

  • Work in US timezone

  • Manage and address, calendar, inbox, Monday.com tasks
  • Handle QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
  • Draft and publish, memorandums, best practices, LinkedIn posts and other social media content.
  • Assist with project coordination and client communication.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties
  • Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company database
  • Keep all filing systems up to date

Location
