Customer Support Specialist (US Voice)

As an International voice process professional in Hyderabad with a minimum of 1 year of experience, your role involves analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems. Your day-to-day interactions will primarily be with peers within the Client organization. You may also have some interaction with clients and/or Client management. You can expect minimal instruction for daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction for new assignments. Your decisions will have an impact on your own work and may also affect the work of others. In this capacity, you will serve as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team. Please be aware that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts.
