We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Onboarding & Feedback Specialist to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients, starting from their onboarding journey, throughout the signing of the contract, to their full integration with our services. Your responsibilities will include scheduling product training sessions and gathering client feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously improve our offerings. Your key responsibilities will involve welcoming new clients over the phone, providing them with a sense of value and keeping them well-informed about the onboarding process. You will meticulously review client contracts to ensure clarity and accuracy in terms, conditions, and deliverables. Regular engagement with clients to gather feedback and document, analyze, and report the feedback to the relevant internal teams will be essential. Maintaining clear and concise communication with clients through various platforms, crafting professional emails with a customer-centric tone, and accurately documenting all client interactions in the CRM system will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you must provide excellent customer service by listening actively to client needs and offering tailored solutions, all while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude in every client interaction. The required skills and qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to speak with clarity and professionalism over the phone, a customer-centric attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to craft well-written, professional emails that effectively convey information. You should also possess strong attention to detail for accurately reviewing contracts, documentation, and feedback, along with problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues proactively.
