Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Representative at Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers through both inbound and outbound communication channels. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that the customer's experience is seamless and positive.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and other customer communications professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information on products/services, and resolve issues or concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Outbound Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, surveys, feedback collection, or promotional activities.
- Assist in lead generation, sales support, and customer engagement through proactive outreach.
- Resolve customer issues, ensure account updates, and provide necessary service information.
- Promote products and services to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Meet and exceed outbound call targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Customer-Oriented: Passionate about providing great customer service and building relationships.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, analyze issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Sales Experience (For Outbound): Prior experience in outbound sales, upselling, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Team Player: Able to collaborate with peers and management to achieve team goals.
- Time Management: Capable of handling high call volumes while adhering to strict timelines and schedules.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Experience in inbound and outbound customer service or telemarketing roles.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum qualification:High School Graduate(12th pass) or equivalent.
- A degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts (Day/Night), including weekends.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
