We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service across calls, emails, and chats. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, a good communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
1 to 4 years experience in customer service / call center / support role.
Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
