Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic team in a voice process role where you will be required to communicate in any one regional language (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) along with average proficiency in English. There is no specific educational qualification required for this role and candidates with 0-48 months of experience are welcome to apply. The key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates are good communication skills and the right attitude towards work. The role offers benefits such as ESI and PF, however, please note that there are no cab facilities provided. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers looking to kickstart their career in the industry. The job involves working in different shifts including day, evening, morning, night, rotational, UK, US shifts with weekend availability. Apart from the regular salary, there is also a provision for performance bonus and shift allowance based on your work schedule. In addition to the above, you will be entitled to health insurance and Provident Fund benefits. The work location for this role is in person, requiring physical presence at the designated office.,
