Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Executive for the Inbound Voice Process in Bhubaneswar, your primary role will involve handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, documenting interactions, and escalating issues as needed. Your focus will be on maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting team targets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound/outbound customer calls - Resolve queries and provide accurate information - Document interactions and escalate issues as needed - Maintain customer satisfaction and support team targets To be eligible for this role, you should be a fresher or have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience. Strong communication skills in English, a customer-oriented approach, a problem-solving mindset, and flexibility with rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays are essential qualifications. In this full-time position, you will be working 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts on a 24/7 rotational basis. The female shift window is from 7 AM to 9 PM. Additionally, attending a WALK-IN interview in Bhubaneswar if shortlisted and answering the initial interview call are mandatory requirements.
