Salary: Up to ₹3.15 LPA (Maximum ₹18,500 in-hand per month)

Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the position of Customer Support Executive at our Pallavaram, Chennai location. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries professionally.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
Flexibility to work on rotational week-offs.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹3.15 LPA.
Monthly In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹18,500.
Working Days: 5 days a week.
Week-Offs: Rotational.
Shift: Night shift.
Transportation: Both-side cab facilities.
Benefits: Provident Fund (PF).
