Customer Support - Night Shift

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Travel Process. The role involves handling post-sale queries of customers related to flight bookings and travel services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and resolve post-booking queries efficiently.
• Provide support related to cancellations, modifications, and general travel assistance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a travel or customer support process.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Must be customer-focused and have good interpersonal skills.
