Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to join our support team. You’ll be the first line of contact for our customers—helping resolve issues, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth user experience. This role is perfect for someone looking to explore SaaS and customer success in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to basic customer queries via calls, emails, or tickets.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to user panel access, call reports, or login problems.
  • Update ticket statuses and maintain accurate customer records on Zoho Desk.
  • Collaborate with the support team to escalate and track unresolved issues.
  • Help document FAQs and standard troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn support tools.
  • Interest in SaaS, technology, or customer-facing roles.
  • Availability for a full-time internship (Monday–Saturday, rotational shifts).
