Job Description: Customer Support Executive We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and solutions across various channels. Roles and Responsibilities: Address Customer Inquiries : Respond to queries related to products, services, and policies through phone, email, or chat. Claims Assistance : Help customers with filing, tracking, and resolving insurance claims. Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve customer problems promptly and professionally. Policy Services : Process customer requests including policy renewals, updates, amendments, and cancellations. Billing Support : Assist with payment processing, billing inquiries, and clarifications. Product Upselling : Recommend additional insurance products based on customer needs. Record Maintenance : Document all interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. Customer Feedback : Gather feedback and report insights to improve service and offerings. Compliance : Follow internal guidelines and maintain data confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
