Customer Support Executive(Maintenance Executive)

Role & responsibilities- Require Only Male Candidate. Industry-Real Estate Mandatory 1. Building Maintenance & Operations Ensuring regular upkeep of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Overseeing the functionality of elevators, HVAC systems, and other essential utilities. Managing preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns. Coordinating with service providers for annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). 2. Client and Resident Satisfaction Addressing client complaints and concerns efficiently. Maintaining open communication channels with residents and owners. Conducting surveys to gauge satisfaction levels. Organizing orientation sessions for new residents on building rules and facilities. 3. Safety and Compliance Ensuring compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations, and other legal standards. Regular inspection of fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency exits. Conducting safety drills and awareness programs 4. Vendor and Contractor Management Managing contracts for security, housekeeping, landscaping, and waste management. Ensuring service levels are met as per agreements. Overseeing contractor performance and resolving issues if they arise. 5. Budget and Cost Management Managing the building's operational budget effectively. Monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Planning for long-term capital expenditures like equipment replacements or upgrades. 6. Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Reducing energy consumption through efficient practices. Promoting the use of sustainable materials and green practices in the building. Monitoring water usage and ensuring proper waste management. 7. Security Management Ensuring the security team operates efficiently. Installation and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems. Monitoring entry/exit points and maintaining visitor logs. 8. Event Coordination and Community Management Facilitating community events or society meetings. Encouraging collaboration and communication among residents. Managing shared facilities like gyms, clubhouses, or pools.
