Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, service updates, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to address customer queries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about services, processes, or updates as required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in customer support or call center operations with

    outbound calling experience.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in

    English and Hindi.

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions calmly and professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM or call management systems is an added advantage.
