Job Description :
  • To serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving issues using the Chat/E-mail platform and integrated tools.
  • Expertise in using the Chat/E- mail platform including its various features and integrations, is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills problem-solving skills which are essential for clear and effective customer interaction.
  • The ability to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions is crucial.
  • A proven ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments or external partners.�
  • Shift timings: Monday to Friday ( 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm)


Eligiblity :

Candidate Eligibility

  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
  • Immediate joiners only.
