Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through

    calls, chats, or emails

    .
  • Communicate effectively in

    Hindi and English

    to resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Update call logs and documentation in the system.
  • Adhere to shift schedules and process guidelines.
  • Work closely with team leads to achieve individual and team targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Any Graduate (mandatory).
  • Freshers:

    Eligible (CTC 2.4 LPA)
  • Experienced (6+ months):

    CTC 2.7 LPA
  • Languages:

    Must be fluent in

    Hindi (speaking & reading)

    and

    English

    .
  • Shift:

    Rotational (24/7 process).
  • Working Days:

    5 days/week (2 rotational week-offs).
