The candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries, and a positive, professional attitude. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively. Explain products/services clearly and provide correct information. Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and follow up with customers when needed. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned team. Achieve daily/weekly call targets while maintaining service quality. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow. Required Skills & QualificationsAny degree (Freshers can apply). Good communication in Tamil and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling). Ability to handle calls politely and professionally. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience in telecalling, call center, or customer support (0–1 year). Knowledge of CRM tools or phone handling systems. Soft Skills Good listening and problem-solving ability. Customer-friendly and positive attitude. Patience, confidence, and good interpersonal skills.
