Job Description

Job brief:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our merchants' concerns when using our products and services.

Language skills Hindi, English & Marathi

Responsibilities:

* Respond to Merchant queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email

*Identify Merchant needs and help Merchants use specific features

*Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

*Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with Merchants

*Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

*Inform Merchants about new features and functionalities

*Follow up with Merchants to ensure their issues/concerns are resolved

*Gather Merchant feedback and share with internal Teams.
