Job Requirements TopLabsBazaar.com is looking for an experienced Associate Customer Support to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service focus Key Responsibilities• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Provide technical support to customers • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction • Maintain customer records and update customer information • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management • Assist with other customer service tasks as needed. Requirements• Graduation, DMLT, BSC. Microbiology • At least 6 Months to 2 years of customer service experience • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong customer service focus • Knowledge of customer service software and databases • Experience in Pathology services will be more advantage   Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time | On-site
