Customer Support Executive (Non Voice) Female

Job Summary:
The Loom (www.theloom.in) is seeking a Female Customer Support Executive for our chat process. The role involves providing excellent customer service while driving sales, all from the comfort of your home during night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and complaints via chat and email within set timelines.
• Support the sales team by managing targets and performance.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer issues to convert them into sales.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in English with customers.
• Use basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel) as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in outbound chat/mail processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts and handling customer interactions online.
• Computer literate with MS Office and chat support experience.
• Female candidates preferred.

We are looking for Delhi Candidate only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
