Customer Support Executive

An ideal Candidate will possess excellent communication skills to engage with the UK customers via call, email and chat (blended customer support process). He/She will be persuasive and will display strong ability to resolve customer queries and issues. He/She should also be target-oriented and a team player.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Validate client information and achieve qualitative metrics
• Communicate with customers via call/email/chat, understand and resolve their queries/issues
• Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening on call and promptness on email/chat
• Ensure that targets are achieved within the specified timelines
• Deliver an excellent customer experience
• Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
• Ensure compliance with all client, company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 35-40 WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy
• Target oriented and a team player
• Fast learner
• Good client handling skills
• Effective prioritization ability at work to ensure efficiency

• Basic MS-Office experience
