Job Description

We are hiring a Renewal Executive to manage and retain our existing customers. Your role is to make sure customers continue their subscriptions by providing clear information, resolving renewal-related issues, and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.

Job Responsibilities

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Conduct product demos, feature walkthroughs, and value presentations tailored to customer needs.
Monitor customer usage patterns and proactively reach out to recommend relevant upgrades.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase product adoption.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
Manage pipeline, forecast revenue growth, and track performance in CRM tools .
Achieve monthly/quarterly upsell targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Provide customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve offerings and messaging.
Stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

Good communication skills.
Strong follow-up ability.
Basic understanding of subscriptions.
Experience in support or renewals (preferred).
