**Job Title:** Customer Support Executive (Sales)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).

* Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

* Follow compliance and company policies in all interactions.

**Requirements:**

* Graduation / 12th pass with relevant experience.

* 13 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer acquisition.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
