Job Description

You will be joining Bizz Solutions Private Limited as a Customer Support Executive for the international logistics voice process team. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with international clients, addressing their shipment-related queries and providing real-time logistics support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates. - Communicate clearly and accurately with clients across various global time zones. - Collaborate with internal departments for smooth logistics execution. - Maintain updated records in CRM and internal systems. - Escalate complex issues and ensure resolution with follow-up. - Meet customer service KPIs and SLAs consistently. **Key Requirements:** - 1-3 years of experience in an international BPO voice process, particularly in logistics or freight forwarding. - Proficient in spoken English with a neutral or global accent. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Openness to work rotational or night shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Logistics, Commerce, or Business. - Knowledge of global logistics workflows, shipping documentation, and Incoterms. - Experience with logistics CRMs or platforms is advantageous.
