As a Customer Support Executive at Bizz Solutions Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our international logistics voice process team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with international clients, addressing their shipment-related queries and providing them with real-time logistics support. Your tasks will include handling inbound and outbound voice calls from customers located across various global time zones. You will be required to provide accurate and clear communication regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal departments such as operations, HQ Team, IT Team, and customs to ensure the seamless execution of logistics operations. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system, escalating complex issues for resolution, and meeting customer service KPIs and SLAs will be essential aspects of your role. Your ability to communicate effectively in English with a neutral or global accent, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation, will be crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an international BPO voice process, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding. A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Commerce, or Business is preferred. Familiarity with global logistics workflows, shipping documentation, and Incoterms, as well as experience using logistics CRMs or platforms, will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with the possibility of working in rotational or night shifts. The compensation offered will be based on your experience level.
