As a Customer Support Executive Intern at Xotic Essentials, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the growth of our eCommerce brand. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media channels, efficiently resolving any complaints or issues, processing orders, tracking shipments, handling return/exchange requests, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers. Additionally, you will be expected to gather customer feedback and collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance the overall customer experience. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. The ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously and efficiently manage your time is essential. While prior experience in customer service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order processing would be beneficial.
