As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for cyclists, providing exceptional support across inquiries related to their orders and associated queries. Your role is key to ensuring a seamless rider experience, resolving issues efficiently, and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle rider inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional assistance and ensure timely responses.
  • Assist with order tracking, exchanges, returns, refunds, and service bookings.
  • Address complaints effectively, collaborating with internal teams for quick solutions.
Proactively reach out to customers with concerns, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Engage with top and loyal customers to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
