Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to handle complex queries effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 years of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry (customer support).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on night shifts from Monday to Friday (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) with weekends off.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
