Customer Support Executive - Fresher/Experienced

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, following up to ensure resolution. Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to provide informed assistance. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using CRM tools. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude toward customers at all times. Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory). Proven customer support experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
