Customer Support Executive – Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000
Location: ——— (Vasai ,mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick complaint closure.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction targets and maintain service quality.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports as required.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle customer pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
