key responsibilities:
handle customer queries related to electric vehicles and servicesprovide high-quality customer support via voice and written communicationmaintain accuracy and professionalism while resolving customer concernsensure adherence to company guidelines and service standardsrequired skills & qualifications:education: graduate (mandatory)
experience:
6+ months experience in international bpo (preferred)
strong understanding of customer handling and query resolutioncommunication:
excellent english communication skills (b2 or c1 level)
typing speed: minimum 35 wpm with 90% accuracysoft skills:
strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalismcompensation & benefits:salary: up to 29,000 ctc (24,669 in hand)shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts (majority night shifts as per us hours)facilities:
