This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive - Email & Chat at our Indore location. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing solutions via email and chat. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer issues, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and resolving technical problems through online support. Would also like to collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth support process is also required.
