Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant teams with clear documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or support tools.
  • Ensure a customer-first approach through empathetic and solution-oriented communication.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center support.
  • Hands-on experience handling both inbound and outbound calls is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
