Qualification: Any Graduate Skills: Good communication skills Basic computer proficiency Good listener with polite and professional behavior Responsibilities: Engage with customers over calls to understand their service requirements and gather feedback post-service. Maintain clear and polite communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
