Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive

Qualification: Any Degree.

Experience: 0-3 Years.

Job Type: Full-time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries through calls, emails, or chats.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirement:

  • Freshers are most welcome.
  • Fluency in Hindi, Kannada and English.
  • Other Languages are added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools is a plus).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
