Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for our US Voice Process – AT&T Wireless & Fiber campaign. The selected candidates will handle outbound calls to US customers, understand their current wireless and internet requirements, explain available AT&T services, and generate sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers across the United States.
• Promote AT&T Wireless plans, mobile connections, and device upgrade options.
• Explain AT&T Fiber internet services and available plans.
• Understand customers' existing mobile and internet service requirements.
• Identify potential sales opportunities through effective communication.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Cross-sell wireless and fiber services wherever applicable.
• Explain pricing, service terms, installation details, and applicable offers accurately.
• Follow the approved calling scripts and sales procedures.
• Maintain call quality, productivity, and sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
• Confidence in handling US customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / 12th Pass or Graduation.
• Good English communication is mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in US night shifts.
