Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers. Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution Develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers and assist to handle all situations. Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries real-time.
