Job Title:

Customer Support & Communication Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Send professional emails, text messages, and updates to clients, students, and parents.
  • Make voice calls for follow-ups, inquiries, and communication updates.
  • Send and track invoices related to webinars.
  • Follow up with students and parents regarding class schedules and attendance.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on students task completion and progress reports.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and update reports regularly.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Gender:

    Female candidates only
  • Experience:

    12 years in call center, customer support, or sales roles
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Telugu preferred)
    • Strong coordination, follow-up, and presentation abilities
    • Proficient in using email and basic computer applications
  • Location:

    Work from home (candidates must be based in Andhra Pradesh and Bangalore)
  • Working Hours:

    4:00 AM – 10:00 AM IST
  • Working Days:

    Must be available on weekends (weekly off on Tuesday and Thursday)
