Job Summary

Customer Support Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the
first point of contact
for KSA customers via phone, email, and chat in
Arabic and English
.
Manage
bookings, delivery status updates, and post-delivery feedback
.
Handle and resolve issues related to
shipment delays, truck availability, invoicing, and service complaints
.
Coordinate with
Operations, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal teams
to provide real-time and accurate updates to customers.
Maintain
accurate CRM records
of all customer interactions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and
escalate unresolved issues
to the relevant teams.
Ensure
timely closure
of service-related issues with proactive follow-up.
Support
key client accounts
and ensure
SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
are consistently met.
Contribute to a
customer-first culture
that reflects TruKKers commitment to excellence in the Middle East logistics sector.

Skills & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in any field (
preferred:
Logistics, Business Administration, or Communication).
1–3 years of customer support experience
, preferably in
logistics, transportation, or tech platforms
.
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) –
mandatory
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a
customer-centric approach
.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues in a
fast-paced environment
.
Knowledge of
CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office
.
Team player with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
if required.
